Umm, that has sugar. I don't think it is even allowed in ANY phases in Atkins.

Breyer's makes low carb ice cream.

I like the vanilla flavor, it tastes real good and has about 4 net carbs. It serves as a good desert. :yes

You're missing the point. It may be low carb, but it still has sugar. NOT SWEETNER. It's a BIG no no. :nono

Default Breyer's Rocky Road

I didn't try the Neapolitan (although I saw it in the store in NJ when I was visiting recently) but went straight for their new (at least I hadn't seen it before) Rocky Road, which was delicious. My overall fave is still Ben & Jerry's (low-carb) New York Super Chunk Fudge. I haven't seen these Breyers flavors yet at the stores I frequent in Northern California, however......I didn't know that sugar alcohols weren't allowed on Atkins--I thought that was just during induction, no? I'm on maintenance and eat loads of them with no effect on my weight. Even a 2-oz (dry) serving of Dreamfields Pasta, on the other hand, gives me a temporary (up to a week) weight gain of a couple of pounds (water weight, I'm sure).....
