Yummy Frozen Meals!

I was looking for a quick Atkins friendly lunch at the grocery store today and I found frozen Lean Cusine meals with total carbs ranging from 8g-21g. I bought the roasted garlic chicken w/8g and had it for lunch today. It was very yummy and super quick!! These would be perfect to take to the office.

Just thought I would let y'all know!!

By the way, make sure the ingredients to that frozen dinner are 'legal' for your phase of Atkins. I remember reading a box a long time ago and it contained stuff like corn syrup solids, cornstarch, flour, etc.

It still sounds like that's tad high for me (PCOS and low thyroid makes it harder for me to lose so even at this stage I still have to be careful), but still very yummy! I'll recommend it to my friends.

Edit: Just had my first one last night- excellent!
