It's 3-4 carbs per serving. Sweetened with Splenda, comes in the following flavors at our super walmart.

Vanilla, Homemade Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Cinnamon (Yum), Lemon (Tastes like girl scout cookie filling) Chocolate Almond.

They are awesome.

It is good but I wouldn't eat it too often. It has glycerin which can make you stall.

Hey I can't wait to try some. I got a package free at the health food store, seems they had melted some and they couldn't sell, hey, no problem here. But I am not at that stage yet so I gotta wait!!

I thought the Lemon and Cinnamon were yucky, left a horrible after taste. Oh well, I'm glad lol

i don't really like the lemon flavor either. it's sort of just a weak lemon taste. i do like the chocolate almond though. it too is just a weak sort of chocolate flavor, but the almonds make up for it. quite tasty.

Blech to all of the LeCarb. Hubby loved it, I thought it all had an artificial buttery aftertaste that was unpleasant.
