Sorry about that - I decided to wake up and go to their website (I just didn't think something like that would show up in the nutrition info.) Anyway, it is RED WINE vinegar. Looks like it is O.K. and is even in Dr. Atkins list in DANDR pg. 374. Happy Me!!! That will be at the top of my list when I head out for groceries this weekend! Thank you for your time! |

| I use ranch wherever. I read somewhere on this site that ranch is ok on induction as long as you don't over do it. OH and stella i think i know why i havn't been losing. I quit taking my thyroid meds about 4 weeks ago. Why? cause i am retard! I started taking it again today, i'll keep you up to date. |
