I LOVE the maple syrup but have to be careful as it tends to make me crave (as most AS do)
The honey Dijon dressing is a staple for me and they also sell in packets which are nice when you go out to eat.

Morning,what part of Indiana you in?
I like the blueberry syrup.
When I crave sweets I eat a Atkins bar or make my own out of 80% Lindt chocolate and splenda.
I either got the recipe here or somewhere else,I cant remember.
Ingredients

* 1/2 cup unsalted butter
* 1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate,I use Lindt 80% chocolate,its the finest chocolate in the world.
* 1/3 cup Splenda granular
* 1 tablespoon cream
* 2 tablespoons peanut butter,you can increase this more to your taste,count the carbs
* A few chopped pecans or any kind of nuts you like,I put 2 in each cupcake liner.

Directions

1.

Heat butter, chocolate, on HIGH in the microwave until the mixture is melted (about 60 to 90 seconds-do not boil).
2.

Stir the splenda,half & half or cream and the peanut butter into the melted mixture.
3.

Line 10 muffin tins with cupcake papers.
4.

Place a sprinkle of nuts in bottoms of each tin.
5.

Divide chocolate mixture evenly between the 10 tins. Freeze until firm.They have to be kept in the freezer as they melt easy.But as soon you take them out they are easy to bite into.
There is 2.5 carbs per serving when using the splenda.

When am craving fruit I dip strawberry's into this mixture,an sit in the frig. _________________________

I bought the ketchup and tried it. It's not too bad. Beats nothing at all!
I'm thinking it may be good in a meatloaf so I'm going to try the tonight.
