Hi Lo Cereal

Hi Lo cereal is pretty good. It kinda tastes like a thicker bran flakes type of cereal. It has 7 net carbs. One thing I do to make it more paletable is add a hint of cinnamon powder. They also have a version with dried strawberries. The serving size is 1/2 of a cup. I've found it at Vons before. They also have it at my local health food store, which actually tends to be a bit cheaper. I'm not much of a cereal person but for a quick breakfast it's not bad. Anyone else try it?

when i was eating cereal, it was one that i enjoyed alot. i am not on the grain rung and no where near goal, so i will not eating it anytime soon.

Ohh how I miss my cereal. That was my late night comfort food. Im not quite to the grains yet either but I will keep this in mind, thanks for the tip!!
