Default Chicken Sausage with Spinach and Asiago Cheese

I found this sausage at Sam's this weekend and boy is it good. Member's Mark brand (Sam's own) and 1 carb per link. They took about 10 minutes in my new Hamilton Beach grill, and I'm sure they'd be great on a BBQ, too.

Mmmm..that sounds awesome. There is a sauce I found also that is COLAVITA Marinara Sauce. It has no sugar and 11 grams of carb per 1/2 cup with 3g of fiber = 8g of carbs per 1/2 cup. It is delicious! Ingredients are Whole tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, fresh garlic, fresh onion, cooking wine, spices. Sodium content is high however 480mg per 1/2 cup serving. The sausage and a little colavita sauce would be sooooo good!

DH loves those sausages! We just picked some up yesterday. Looking forward to making them this week.

Those sound amazing. I will have to look into that next time I am at Sam's Club. Won't be for a while though as it is about an hour away.

Can one eat this on induction? I hope so, I've got some in the freezer, and I'd really love a couple.
