| The bars are really not induction friendly. They are full of things that aren't allowed on Induction. If you look at the ingredients they have nuts, fruit, etc. those aren't allowed until certain rungs of OWL. They tend to be stallers since they aren't on the allowed foods list. IF you are going to eat them take Dr. A's advice and eat them ONLY in emergencies. Sorry. |

| Be very wary of the bars! They are not induction legal, Also, the bars are what we call "frankenfoods" here... i.e. processed and not natural.

| I do have some of these but at most I eat only one or two per week--I had to find something to take with me on the bike (the motorized kind ) since this time of year we take long rides on the weekends and some of the places we stop have very limited choices (like breaded and deep fried everything or convenience stores) and there is no room for a cooler. I bought the Caramel variety pack at Sam's and they have 19 carbs with 9 grams fiber and no sugar alcohol and are pretty good. There is a lot of chemical stuff in them per the label so I really need to find a recipe and make something similar. I am on the "legume" rung so soy flour is okay at this point Pam |
