| I toss three eggs, 16 oz ricotta, 16 ounces cream cheese, 12 ounces sour cream, 3/4 cup splenda, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/2 cup blueberries (opt) in a bowl. Whip it. Bake it in a parchment lined 9 inch round pan (need high sides) for 1:20 at 325 degrees. Let it sit in the warm oven one hour, then remove and cool overnight. Makes 8 generous slices. A little runny sometimes without cornstarch, but delicious. |

| Read the ingredients! When Breyers first put their "low carb" ice cream on the market the third ingredient was HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. So read those ingredients!!!!!!!!
