Diet Rite and Diet RC, as well as there are some others, Strawberry diet rite, and orange diet rite. However the Flavors are only available in limited areas, and my area isn't one of them.

Diet Rite is caffine free, contains Splenda, Diet RC has caffine, contains Splenda.

I find both of these at my local Grocery Store. It is a small chain of Grocery Stores. They are also usually happy to order what every you special request, and then they will start to stock it, in order to have your business, so it is always worth asking if they can get it!!
Walmart, in my town, has Diet Rite, but no diet RC.

I am allergic to aspertame. These are the only two diet sodas that I am able to drink!

don't forget you have to count those soda splendas in your daily spenda limit and if the can says 1.5 sevings that is 1.5 of your 3 perday splenda servings so don't get carried away enjoying your soda.

The dier RC with the caffeine isn't permitted on any phase of atkins.

It's the apartame in regular diet sodas (Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, etc.). Diet Rite is caffeine free and uses Splenda (Suclarose) instead of aspartame.

Check Atkinscenter.com for more info about this, straight from the source.

Good luck!

i didn't know i had to add each glass of diet rite soda to my daily splenda sugar count, i thought i could drink as much of that as i wanted. i drink alot of that stuff, i also found that kroger is the only store that sells flavored water that uses splenda instead of aspertame sweetner and i go through maybe 2 bottles a day if i have it around.

Default Diet drinks

One of my favorite drinks is the pre-mixed and bottled Crystal Light Lemonade. Regular powdered Crystal Light is made with aspartame, but the pre-mixed Crystal Light in a bottle is made with Splenda. There are several flavors. I get them at Albertsons and Target in my area. They are regularly priced here at 3.99 for a 4-pack, but they frequently put them on sale.

Ela,
Another good soda I have found is diet hansens. There are 5 flavors. I think you can find them in most health food stores. There is gingerale, peach, black cherry, kiwi strawberry & tangerine lime. 0 carbs, 0 everything. They are great

I can only find regular Diet Rite and White Grape flavors here. The White grape is actually yummy but WAY to sweet for me now that I am off sugar. I take half a bottle of bottled water and fill it up with the soda so that I can drink it. My downfall is still Diet Dr. Pepper, but I try to only take a few sips a day when I get the urge. The sodium in it makes me retain water too. People can't believe that I have dumped my best friends, sugar and caffiene!
