Ready to Expire Monim Syrup sold on Netrition.com

If you are buying from Netrition.com, please check the expiration dates of products you receive.

I have had no problems with Netrition.com until yesterday when I received a bottle of Monim OFree Chocolate Syrup. The moldy tree bark smell was so strong ... it filled the room. Like a dork, I still tried to flavor a drink with it and it tasted like mildewy tree bark... yuck! I looked, but didn't see an expiration date.

Called Netrition.com just now and got the worst run-around you have ever heard... but my getting very upset that they were putting these bottles on sale and selling them to the unaware public and several phone calls back and forth.... they finally agreed to credit that one purchase.

The expiration date is found on the bottle under the cap. This one expired 4/09.

In all this, I called Monim and right off the bat was told that bottle should not have been sold as old as it was and it was not supposed to smell that way. They are sending me out a fresh bottle for me to try the product again. They were trying to find out who the distributor was that sold to Netrition.

Of course, Netrition wasn't rude but when they found out I wasn't an idiot ... they got a bit terse towards the end and they hung up on me after giving me the credit....lol ... lol!
