Nice! Good find. I was going to warn you off Walden Farms, if that was the one, but Newman's is usually pretty reliable. Enjoy! |

I've also been using a Newman's own one, but it isn't Italian...I'll have to look for that one. I find myself picking up every single bottle of dressing at the store, turning it around to check the carbs & putting it back - until I find a really low-carb one - then I check the front of the label to see the flavour  I keep hoping no one is watching

I just tried it on a salad. Good Italian flavor, need to shake up the bottle beforehand to get everything mixed together. Much better cold than room temperature. Brings out the flavor in tomatoes and makes them jump in your mouth. Used about 2 teaspoons, and there was very little pooling on the bottom of my salad bowl. Overall I'm pleased with it.
