Default For those who don't have time to cook breakfast

I just came across a new product at Kroger today...it's frozen Southwestern Omelets with cheese, red & green bell peppers and onions. they come in a package of 4, with the carb count being 2 per omelet...you just have to zap it in the microwave for 1 minute and it's done....I sure hope it tastes good! I don't have time in the mornings to cook much of anything and I'm always trying to find something that is quick, easy and low carb and that my husband will eat (he's on Atkins with me...We both started, well I restarted, on May 4 and he's lost 16 pounds already...)

I tried the frozen omelete this morning and it wasn't too bad...It was not loaded with peppers or onions and looked a little bit bland, so I added a 1/2 slice of swiss cheese on top. My DH tried one this morning also and didn't complain so it must be alright!!
