Peppers have carbs and spices have carbs too. Besides, those 5 calories per tablespoon must come from somewhere, so the protein, fat and carbs cannot all be zero.
On US labels, if the carbs are below 0.5 g per serving, they can be listed as 0. So there could be 0.1 carbs per serving or 0.499999999999 carbs per serving, but you wouldn't know. If you eat more servings, the carbs add up. To be on the safe side, I'd count each serving as 0.4-0.5 carbs.
Also be careful with the amount of sodium in this product. I see there are 460 mg per tablespoon. Too much sodium might cause water retention.
