| I like these too, although I only eat them perhaps once a week, if that. I did find that the filling makes all the difference in how they taste, however. (Though I have to say the first time I ate one I sauteed it in butter and just had it like that. It was my first taste of "bread" and it sent me into a swoon!)

| I've been eating the low carb tortillas for quite a while now. The recipe must have changed in the last few months because they've gotten much, much better. I use them for breakfast tacos, regular tacos, wraps, and enchiladas. |

| I love these shells, I use them for tacos, tostadas, and wraps. I can tell you, I sure am happy I can enjoy a taco. I love mexican food. I also use them as pizza crust. I buy the bigger ones for pizza (8inch) they are 5 carbs each. Fry it in pan with vegetable oil, until both sides are browned. Add ragu traditional spaghetti sauce (1/4 cup = 6 carbs) add cooked sausage and cheese. Put in the oven (400 degrees) 8-12 mins. It is great!! Reminder to those starting out. Not for induction. Jacki
