    Default new week!

I'm officially over tonsilitis I believe! I feel great today, have an appetite too. Last night I went grocery shopping after getting my menu reviewed. I totally revamped the kitchen lol. I got got lots of recipe plans from Linda's website and I'm ready to get it planned out for the week. I also got an elliptical machine that I can do along with my stationary bike and weight toning. I can't believe seeing my scale when I weigh. I'm down 14 lbs. I just want to squeal. I know I couldn't do it without praying for strength (God is awesome) and having this place and you fabulous people to help steer me in the right direction and to NOT quit when I didn't think it was working. Thank you thank you thank you all so much!

That first hump is the hardest to make it over, congratulation on your success so far. Feels good to have a handle on the scale doesn't it? Good work and I'm sure we'll be hearing more success stories soon.
