Hi everyone i am new on here and would like some help from the more experienced memebers.
I started atkins in November hoping to lose 70lbs so far i have lost 30 lbs however i am not stuck and cannot shift anybody more weight.
I eat 2 eggs and half an avacado for breakfast
for lunch i eat a tuna mayonnaise salad with lettuce cucumber and tomato
and for dinner i have grilled chicken with salad consisting on lettuce cucumber and tomato.
In between i have 600 ml of water.
I also go to the gym four times a week spending an hour on cardio machine.
I have not lost any weight or inches in the last month what am i doing wrong i am pulling my hair out so frustrated.
