As a quick shortcut when I don't have time and nothing prepared, I fall back on ready-made tuna salad. It's been a quick, easy 3g of carb meal, but today, I slipped and used another brand, after eating it, I read the label... 7g(and it didn't taste as good!)
Lesson learned, read EVERY label. I have gone from not even seeing there was a label, to someone that constantly reads labels, but this one slipped past me until too late.
