| I believe this is a lack of calcium or potassium. Are you taking a multi-vit? maybe add in extra of these. Hope they go away - I used to get them after drinking rum (but not other alcohols, weird) and know they HURT! |

| You may also want to check out the veggie options with potassium such as jicama. There are others but I can think of them off the top of my head. |

| I get them very bad on Atkins. I take a supplement called Calcet Leg Cramps. It comes in a yellow box with red writing at Walmart. I take two every night and I have no problems. |
