I thought so. There are so many new folk including me when I started that ask I think this should be a sticky so that it doesn''t get lost so many need to read this.

That's interesting! Just curious about one thing though. It says the maximum weight loss per week is 2 pounds. It seems to me like there are quite a few people losing more then that consistently. I'm just curious because I have been aiming for a weight loss of more then 2 pounds per week, do you think this is unrealistic of me?

I'm not sure I am sure there are those who break the mold and lose more then that. Also the heavier you are the more water you have in your cells so naturally you will lose more when you are heavier. I really am unsure as to how to answer this question as I am sure there are those lucky few who lose faster. I lose on average 7 pounds per month sometimes more sometimes less it just depends. 2 pounds per week is pretty kick but, if I could lose that per week I would be at goal in 5 months pretty aweosme. I am hoping for that cause that would be my christmas goal.

I'm at this 3rd and 4th week point now. Only I'm retaining enough fluid to make my ankles swell. I'm drinking more than enough water, have cut out all salt and salty foods, and am exercising on a regular basis. I sure hope this changes by week 5 or 6.
