28 pounds in just over 2 months!

This woe is really something! That's exactly half of my goal in two months.
I now weigh 209lbs(down from 137lbs) and hoping to reach my main goal of 180lbs in the next 3 months. I just hope I can keep it off, I won't be able to do Atkins while in the Army, but if I watch what and how much I eat hopefully that won't be a problem. I did atkins for a month last year and gave up, went back to eating the way I always have. Even so I managed to keep most of the weight off. Wish me luck! :joy

Excellent work! And good luck keeping it off in the Army. I'm sure they'll work you a$$ off.
