Default Crockpot - YUM

Ok everyone, I bought a crockpot a month or so ago and finally last night made my first crockpot meal! It was smelled sooo good that I ate it for breakfast at 8:15, it is now 1:38 and I am still full!!!!! I put in steak (for stewing), one bell pepper, 1/3 onion and zucchini squash. I added just a little salt when eating and it was fantastic!
I am so excited about what else I can make in it. I think I will try chicken with veggies next.

I think Crockpots are great. There are all sorts of slow cooker recipes on the net too.

Congrats!! I love my slow cooker. If you check out your book stores...there is a low carb slow cooker book out. I have one and have made some really wonderful dishes so far.
Sure does beat heating the house up with the oven!
Enjoy!!!

I have been eating off my crockpot for a day and a half. Meat, bell peppers, onions and zuchini squash. (This wasn't the only thing I ate but oh my goodness has it filled me up!)

Yum, yum, yum
