I woke up this morning and stepped on the scale..... Surprise an other 4 pounds.... i have hit the 136... yeppy... yeppy.... 6 more to go....

Those were my sentiments. 130 at 5'7" seems appropriate. But, I guess it's how you feel when you get there that counts. Good work on being near your goal :yes

I know when i was 21 I use to weight 112 pounds but that was way too thin for me. I think i will let my mirror be the judge.. Now its hard to see for my stomac is still all blotted from my operation.
