| Their meat is disgusting to say the least. I bet there's so many fillers and garbage in there that that's what messed you up. I very rarely eat fast food but when I do I usually go to Wendys and get a ceasar side salad and a double cheeseburger. Rip that bun off and it's actually fairly tasty.

You know mcdonalds cheese is not natural cheese? it's processed cheese, and it higher in carbs than regular. I'd stay away from it personally.

| That stuff has never tasted like real meat to me, although they claim its 100% meat....whatever!! Personally, I avoid ALL fast food ... The fastest food for me now is a bag of romaine and some ranch dressing at home! :icondance Betty

| ttdrive, what kind of ranch do you use? Everything I've seen had sugar, fructose, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup solids, dextrose, etc. You get the idea. |

| That's the same brand I use, and I flipped the bottle over today....and there IT was.....SUGAR! Ugh. It's everywhere!!! I was just thinking about asking what kind of Ranch dressing everyone was using....but figured it would be the HVR brand. :nod Oh well. I will probably use it anyway and hope for the best. So far it hasn't given me a problem and I am continuing to lose. |

| Try Marie's blue cheese dressing. 0 carbs per serving and sugar isn't on the ingred list. Its in the produce section, in the refrigerated thingy by the bag salad.
