| Nope, just like you said. They are a no no and you shouldn't eat them especially during the first two weeks of induction. The reasons are mostly because they can and will stall out weight loss, so eating them will defeat the purpose of induction. You can do it.

| Induction is a time to face your sweet tooth and get over it. If you're craving something sweet, eat something else...eat a pickle, eat a protein/fat combo snack of some sort, eat a boiled egg. Teach your body that if it is hungry it will get fed, but you aren't going to give in to that sugar monster. Don't let a sweet food item rule you. Having said that, there are Induction-friendly treats in the recipes section, so if you're going to give in to your sweet tooth, why not have something that's halfway decent to you rather than have a chemical/processed food-type item? |

| The low carb processed foods can be a fatal blow to this wol. Try to stay away from processed food until you are completely and absolutely in control. I don't trust the glycerine in these products. Good advice to check the recipe board out. Make your own treats. And remember, the more fat you eat the less likely you are to crave.
