9 Months Cheat Free

I am happy to say that on the 6th of this month I am 9 months cheat free. am sooo very proud of myself. I never would have thoguht I would be this many months cheat free. Now, I can honestly say this is a Way Of Life not a diet. And I have taught myself how to eat this way forever. I can't wait to see what happens next month. I won't be wighing till the 6th of September so I am really hoping I will be in Onderland my next weigh in.

Great things have come to me I ran 11.3 k/7 miles yesterday. Now 9 months ago walking a block was difficult now look at me training for a half marathon. If you belive in yourslelf it can and will happen for you too you have to belive. I have always looked ahead beliving that anything is possible now I truely know I can do anything.

Thanks Lots2lose and Betty I am inspired by a lot of things but lately I inspire myself if that's possible. I have come a long way and I know anything is possible.

You'll get there lots2lose just take it one days at a time that's all you can do before you know it you're 9 months cheat free and feeling fab.

Betty you are truely an inspiration to me look at you go girl you are Rocking the Pavement and running a marathone. That's so excellent I'm sooo very PROUD of you if I never said it before.
