| Welcome to ADBB and congrats on getting off to such a good start! I'd suggest giving your doctor a call about the caffeine withdrawals and headaches. Regularly taking pain meds to stop headaches can cause rebound headaches. Your doctor or the nurse will be able to help you figure out if this is what's happening. ~ Linda

| I don't think there is much you can take for the caffeine headache. They are wild. If they are really bad, you may want to ease off the caffeine slowly. I know thats not allowed but if you can't take asprin or tylonal, that might be your best bet. Also vitamin C might help some. Keep posting and let us know how your doing
