| Actually if you think about it you can remove a lot of carbs from your diet by vigorously washing your food before you eat it. Cakes, Pies, Ice-cream, cookies just wash down the drain. BJ Webb |

Starch is a water soluble solution as is sugars when you cut the veggies and fruits you damage their cell walls and membranes allowing the watersoluble stuff to come out. but the amount would be hard to tell and mostlikely be minimal amounts
