| Maybe you should do excercies that concentrate only on the parts of your body that uou actually want to shrink

| Nope, no such thing as spot reducing. Can't focus the area of exercise on that one place. I don't know what to tell you, except that we lose from different places first than when we gain first. So if when you are gaining, it goes first to the hips, chances are that when you lose, it won't come off the hips first, but somewhere else instead. Probably, if you had kept gaining, your breasts would have gained fat, too. I suggest you just plug away at this woe and when you reach goal, your body will be pretty evened out in terms of where the curves are!!!!!

| Yep. I miss "the girls" I lost a total of 22 inches gone from my 3 chest measurements. Finelly is right about where you gain it first seems to be where you lose it first.

| I must admit, it is also what I am most afraid of losing too much of! Fortunately, I DO have a lot to start with. I'm a 46DDD and losing!! My advice -- please stop "dieting." I fear you are hurting your body (not just losing your boobs) by going back and forth. Good Luck! Punkin-kid

| Boobs?!! Haven't seen those in a while. As they're made very much of fat . . . it only stands to reason that they also are one of the first to go. Have you ever seen female body builders (without enhancements)? (the ones that enter posing contests) Absolutely none!!
