| I am still new to this but I think you should have something to eat. I am pretty sure that you are eating below your BMR level and that could put your body in starvation mode. Could be wrong and if I am then I am sure someone will correct me. Here is a site to figure out the BMR and AMR make sure you scroll down. Am interested to hear what the others have to say.
