| Nope, they aren't. They generally don't factor in age, weight, etc. Even Fitday isn't exact......... You're just going to be ballparking the exercise caloric consumption, I'm afraid......

| I agree; those machines are not accurate. The best way to monitor calories is with a heart rate monitor that you enter your age, height and weight. Betty
