| That is so wonderful!!!!! I know how hard it is to be able to jog. I am still too heavy on my knees so I don't, but I am looking forward to being able to run again. Big Congrats to you!!! |

| Way to go! You must feel awesome. You are now thin enough to run. I am so nervous about running because of the damage I have done to my knees. Maybe I just need to go out and try it. I keep thinking about it. Did you have problems with your knees later?

| Kiasmama - consider your butt kicked! mamakimberly - I have been working out 5-6 days/week for the last 5 months now, it's the jogging that's new to me. Thank-you all for your kind words. Cleo - thx., the picture is 3 months old, and I am about 20 some pounds less now, so I guess it's time for a new pic! |
