| Hi Pete, Are you doing induction, extended induction, somewhere in OWL (ongoing weight loss)? Sugar free Davinci or Torani syrups are good for an occasional italian soda or coffee drink. Overall, water, water, water is best for you! If you haven't adapted to that yet, drink more water and you will. Sometimes it is an acquired taste for those of us who previously didn't drink enough of it. ~ Linda

| I usually order herb tea....it's my favorite but then again, I'm always cold in restaurants.

| VERY occasionally (maybe 2 times so far in this time on the woe) I will order a diet soda. Otherwise, I stick to decaf iced tea or water with a twist.
