| If it's not all right, then someone call the USDA police, honey, because I eat 5 eggs a day, everyday! (Make sure you're also getting the right amount of veg and fat in your diet too.)

| In the book it's on the "Foods you may eat liberally" on Induction. I would make them in different ways just so you don't burn out on them! Lol! Although I've never gotten tired of deviled eggs or scrambled so that may be a moot point!

| Yes, you can have mustard to a point. Still mete out your portion sizes. Just don't bathe in it. *LOL* Gee Madge, your hands look terrific! I've been bathing in French's classic yellow mustard...

| look at your mustard ingredients and if they are spices and other things like vinegars and water all on the aceptable induction foods lists then you can have it just like mayo ain't on the list but its ingredients are so we can eat it.

| That's the key to induction. Carry around that acceptable food list and just check the ingredients on the item you want to buy and the list. If there's something not on the acceptable food list, you might want to stay away from it! |

| Isabeau's right on! One of our mods made this. Print it out and keep it in your wallet. I always keep a couple extras because my friends nab mine. *lol*
