| Not living in the USA I really have no idea Laurenad The quickest way to find out would be to read the list of ingredients on the dressing pack/bottle. Or do a search of this board - I know it has been discussed many times previously. When you find the info why not copy it to your computer and save it in a file for reference.

| Lauren-- you might want to go without the dressing, especially if it comes from the dining hall. Buy a bottle of ranch dressing from the store and take it with you.

| And remember if the ingredients aren't on the Induction Acceptable Foods list, the dressing no matter what the carb count might be is not acceptable for Induction. So, you'd better bring a copy of the Acceptable Foods List and the Induction Rules with you when you go shopping. Oh yeah, I remember the last times you were doing Atkins you left your Atkins book either at your parents house or your sister's apartment or something like that. So you might want to buy another copy of the book so you can have that with you at university.

| Laurenad - the only way you wil be able to know if your dining hall's dressing is OK for induction - or for any stage of Atkins - is to ask them what is in it. there is no way anyone on this board can tell you (unless one of your fellow students is a member and has asked them her/himself) If they make it themselves they can easily tell you what they put in it and if they buy it ready made they can show you the list of ingredients for you to check them off against the list of allowed foods that you are by now carrying with you (I hope)
