ok is cream cheese allowed on induction in moderation? i've noticed a few recipes that include it that i want to try but wanted to check first. if yes should i buy full fat? say for example full fat philidelphia? thanks!

It is permitted! Please just make sure not to exceed the 3-4-ounce cheese allotment. Wouldn't it be something if it were 4 ounces of cream cheese and 4 ounces of cheddar/Parmesan? Talk about eradicating all the good vegetables do for our digestive systems! lol

Cream cheese!! I love cream cheese. You can do so many things with it. I eat it with eggs, bacon, chicken, any meat, and of course raw!
