Certanly, we can be our worst enemy, I have been hanging in there, without much losing but not gainig which is a plus. I need to go back to induction for sure...Thank you for your words I am not feeling alone anymore

Perfect post! We leave on holiday in 2 weeks. I've just started over here 3 days ago and so far it's going fabulously. I'm going to copy/paste your post and take it on holiday with me. I vow to be comfortable and enjoy my food without cheating on my diet.

I can do this without anyone noticing........I sure hope I can anyway.

For various reasons just fancied a cheat (things are going slow on the scale and a few stresses and I just want CARBS). Came on here (last resort) and read that message and you know what - I am so glad I did. It's such a brilliant message and has stopped me in my tracks and made me think. And no I haven't cheated - and no I won't. Thank you so much. I am going to have a great carb-free day and wish you all one too (feeling FANTASTIC now, especially because I stopped the cheat before it happened and posted - yahoooo - didn't cheat and still on track).
