All parts of animals are allowed on Atkins. However, there is a clause to organ meats (liver, kidneys, etc.): organ meats are limited to 4 ounces daily.

Oooo, I want more info. What do you do with sheeps foot? I have never heard the term. Is it like what we call shank. Lamb shanks make the most delicious stews and I love them and yes they are very legal.
You might want to pose this question in the Food and Cooking Chat section as our best and greatest cooks, chefs, and lovers of good food hang out there.
And while your at it. Recipes please......
