| I do that with fish and mayo allllllllllllllllllllll the time - the gaggy thing. It's a mental thing for me though. While I love the taste of tuna salad, for example, the thought of mixing tuna and mayo together gets to me, and it always happens by about the last 5 bites. At least, I always thought it was mental. LOL

| I have to admit, I can only ever eat half a can of tuna with mayo (never tried tinned salmon). I mix it with small bits of pepper which is nice. Not sure about the hot thing.... could be metabolism? x |

| you're hot because you are in a constant mode of fat burning Sarah. The gag thing??? I'd gag too but I hate salmon. Do you do this with all meals or just tuna/salmon/canned meats?

| No with everything It's strange never before I do now it's like I eat a bit then it's like I gag weird. I like being HOT it's cool. I am sooo facinated with what is going on I just wanna know more. Sarah

| I get this with both tuna & chicken salad (both canned). I don't know if it's the canned meats, or if it's just the amount of dense food that I eat in one sitting. That's a lot of mayonnaise! |

| I had kinda the same problem with tuna. I could never bring myself to eat it, then I tried it with some mustard. I figured since the mustard is so strong it might knock out the fishy taste\smell and it works great!

| Ok, I think I have figured it out I used to be a huge fat eated loved the grissle now it's got to be the fat making me GAG in the mayo and in my steak last night. I had to cut the fat off. LOL I have not had to do that before. I was able to eat a few pieces of fat then GAG. HMMM strange maybe my body just doesn't want it. I think I will listen cause it's a yucky sensation EWWWW!!!

| makes me want to gag and I'm not eating anything... there's times when I do the gag thing with almost any protein/fat food... eggs, tuna, chicken... with or without mayo.... sometimes you just know when you've had enough |
