| have you been measuring? If not--- do it. I bet you are losing inches even if the pounds are coming off slowly! |

| Yorkie, your weight is going to fluctuate. It is frustrating, believe me, I (we) all know. If you are exercising you are building muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. (And you will get sick of hearing that too). You can do as many say and put away the scale, and forget about it. However, I have not been able to do that. I sometimes have a 7 pound fluctuation within a week, but my smaller clothes are still fitting!? It is still frustrating. Have you measured yourself? Watch the inches melt away sometimes faster than the pounds do! That is, as my DS says, way cool!! This does work, you just have to stick with it!! |

| If you want to find peace of mind, free yourself from the scale. I followed the Atkins diet and exercised faithfully. For 3 months the scale remained at 190 and didn't budge. But I still went from a size 22 to a size 16. The scale is absolutely meaningless. I no longer care what the scale claims I weigh. I'm a size 16! Thats good enough for me. |

| If you'd like our input, we're going to need a lot more information from you to try to help you out. Here comes the slew 'o questions. Ready? Set? ... What are you eating exactly? Please give us a couple days worth of menus and include *everything* you've put in your mouth. Not only what, but how much. If you used dressing, tell us what and how much. Add cream to something? How much. You get the idea. A complete detailing of a couple of days worth of menus. How much water are you drinking a day? Anything besides water? What and how much? What are you doing for exercise? Did you just start exercising recently? What is your current height/weight and what is your goal weight? Are you taking any medications? How about supplements? If yes, what? Have you taken your measurements? Are you seeing any change there? This will all help us help you! Hang in there! ~Brook
