| Thanks Rich. That was a very inspirational post. I totally agree with you. While getting thinner doesn't erase your problems or prevent new ones from arising, the lesson we learn in patience and planning helps us in every thing that happens to us in our lives. I used to reach for food for comfort, now I've learned that designing a plan to overcome my problems is much more effective. Thanks to the lessons learned while doing Atkins, I have been able to face many problems this past year without reaching for high-carb foods for comfort. You are such an inspiration, I'm so glad that we've all been instrumental in this journey of keeping one another motivated and on the right track.
