| Check the ingredients. Do they contain sugar or anything else not on the acceptable food list? Atkins isn't just about carb counts, it's about what we put into our mouths! You'll get very good at reading labels on this woe. |

| According to this site http://www.calorieking.com/foods/foo...=74554&partner= each regular mint one has 0.3 carbs. I couldnt find a list of ingredients though.
