I have been on a plateau for 4 months now. For encouragement I look back-rejoice-go-forward.

I am letting my hair color grow out it looks like it
will be mostly silver.

me too.... have been stuck in the mid 140 zone for TOOOOOOO long.... I know it's the lack of exercise... but what to do.. what to do...
