| gosh Lynne you are supposed to at least tell me you are posting a topic and send the URL when you send me an email asking me if I'd answer and not bush whack me by having the topic up before you email the request for the answer. what if I'd said no or been busy for the rest of the wek like last week? here is what I sent her folks Okay here is the answer to what I've learned from ADBB but actually Bren has been there longer and maybe Megs. let me see what have I learned from ADBB that I didn't know before well I guess you don't want to know about the fascinating sex stuff I learned in chat hehehe I learned new things to do with a jicama and many new to me cooking ideas from our international group. I learned about the joys of flax seed meal I learned about using resistance bands and got advice on many new to me exercise videos that I thought my bad knees might like but found out before I paid for them they wouldn't like all that bouncing from actual users. I learned that planning to cheat usually results in major binges and it is very hard for the cheater to get back in that I love Atkins cheat free forever mode again. unfortunately I didn't learn it good enough before I stepped off the, well actually jumped off the cheat free Atkins wagon. I learned that I'm not the only person Splenda sweetened stuff triggers cravings in. I learned that I'm not the only bad speeler around and I learned how to make side by side pics And just today I learned not to play with boxes on the advanced posting page that I don't know what they do. (Thanks Bren for bailing me out there.) I crashed photobuckets in June of 04 with thewholeworldwantstosee2big virus when I posted then from there, so Tom hosted them and I don't have the URL anymore cause I didn't think about what would happen when the intro for the toolbox forum got culled. Sorry I'll have to see if photobuckets will handle y'all
