I lurked for a good two weeks before I said anything. I'm shy, and it takes me a while to get over the fear of "poster's remorse." But, this seems like such a great community of folks, and I was inspired by you to speak up!

I'm working on it! Being fairly new here (although, I do admit I lurked quite a bit before I joined) I don't feel "qualified" enough to post on many of the posts where people have questions about things (even if I think I might know the answer, I feel like people will think, "Well, what do you know, you've only been doing this a week"). I also feel kinda silly posting, "Welcome to the group, I know you're going to love it here!" when I'm new. I feel like people will think, "Wow, wannabe...you're not one of us yet." Yes, I have self esteem issues...even online LOL

kealoha-- no worries here! I know what you're talking about. Even I didn't immediately jump into the fray (shocking I know) when I first got here.

We're people who, for one reason or another, don't always feel positive enough about ourselves to jump into any social situation, so why should the internet be any different? Many of us fear rejection, not feeling loves, wanted or secure with our position in a group.

What I really appreciate about ADBB is that there aren't cliques, judgements or bad vibes. We're a family and everyone is welcome.

Cleo heheh I think you are the ultimate supreme queenie posteress, afterall it was YOU who made the movies lol still laughing about them...they were so cute....I ended up making a slew of them for the family, even impressed hubby !
