Wanted to share this... :)

As of today, its been 66 days since I started Atkins.

As of today, I am down 23 pounds.

I know this isnt the most lost or the quickest lost... but I have somehow managed to lose an average of .35lbs a day... every day... for just over the past 2 months.

Ive been to happy hours...

Ive been to parties...

Ive put in 60 hour weeks at work...

Ive traveled...

Ive had high stress at work and home...

Ive been sick...

... and I still lost!



Just hoping this helps motivate someone... anyone... that may be having a hard time. Keep in mind, there is always another reason "not" to stick with this WOE... they will never go away. You need to make the conscious decision every day to make the right choices.

Conratulations and it is very inspirational, expecially since I weighed myself the other day (even though I said I wouldn't) and it was quite de-motivating... so thanks for sharing your success, its nice to be reminded it will pay off,

WOW, even if you aren't too impressed with the numbers-- I am and your face, oh my gosh. I am lucky my husband doesn't come on the board cause he might be mad at me, but you are turning into a hottie! Your face is totally thinned out. Way to go!

Exactly...

What I fear is what those questions are being asking with regards to... weight loss/health or the $%%&^*# snacks/junkfood.

THAT is where the mental mindset must come into play.
