| Hi there! I know exactly what you mean! I NEVER craved sweets or chocolate before starting this WOE (I was always a salt person!), and now during TOM I have to have something sweet! A neat trick that I do is mix a little cocoa powder with splenda and melted butter, it will form a thin paste, drop little amounts onto some parchment paper and put it in the freezer to set. Little dark chocolate drops!! If you want to you can add some cream to the mix and make it lighter. Tastes great and gets rid of the cravings!! Hope this helps!

| I'm notorious for this as well. Always have been though. TOM brings out the chocolate craving monster in me hard-core. I usually mix some cocoa, splenda, cream cheese and almond extract together and I'll just eat it with a spoon. I'm not ashamed or afraid! LOL
