| Just like Lauren said.. You need to eat veggies. You're not doing Atkins if your not eating your 3 cups of veggies per day. You also need to have more variety. You may be busy, but you will get really sick of eating the same foods, and that could result in going off plan. Some really quick and easy things to eat with your eggs can be canned aspargus, green beans etc. Celery with cream cheese is quick. You can fry quite a few veggies in butter such as green pepper, onion, spaghetti squash, summer squash etc. My favorite in the morning is an omlette with spinach, onion, green pepper, bacon, and cheese. Yummmy! I hope this helped you a little. Let us know how you're doing.

| Here's a link to a sticky that will help you understand Fitday, what it can do for you, and what to look for...I think you'll find it very helpful http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5235 Make sure to get a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, version 2002, (DANDR for short) and read it...especially the chapters on Induction. Make sure you understand how to go about this so that you get the maximum effect. I don't know about you but I want this weight off asap! and the closer you follow the diet, the better your chances for success are. |
