Numb Limbs

do any of you experience this?
sometimes after carrying something heavy or for no reason at all, my arm will get really numb, i can still move it and carry things but it feels very strange and sore. there was once when i tried to sleep it off but it just got more painful.

i also got it in my legs before where they just felt numb.

whenever this happens, i can move normally, nobody would think that anything was wrong, but it hurts.

is this normal? or do i lack some kind of supplement?

Go to Doctor NOW. I'm sure this is not normal, you may be lacking some mineral or something but get the Doc to give you a thorough checkover. NOW!

yep go see your doctor and they will decide what you need to do to fix it.
