I honestly didn't even realize it. Thanks for noticing Cleo ~oh how fast time flies~
Let's see here...I basically started after having my baby girl @180 and have been on and off atkins..I am now at 132 getting there..slowly but surely. I wish I would have kept it going consistantly, I'm sure I would have been at goal by now..but don't we all say that?..
I honestly feel wonderful I feel sexy and most importantly healthy!!!

I can say one thing, I couldn't have done this without you guys here at I swear .. The support is unbelievable. You realize you are not the only one and that it's ok! I always tell ppl that want to lose weight to come here for inspiration.

I LOVE YOU GUYS
